Job Overview:

The WordPress Quality Assurance Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our client websites and digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will test website functionality, including technical elements (such as SEO components and API integrations), and monitor digital marketing campaigns for quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Quality Assurance

  • Lead Forms and Web Application / Plugin Function Testing: Verify that all website forms and plugins are functional as expected.
  • Technical Audits: Ensure that key technical elements such as robots.txt, sitemaps, meta tags, and meta descriptions are set up correctly.
  • Website Performance Optimization: Test for site page speed performance and evaluate mobile responsiveness.
  • Maintenance Checks: Confirm that WordPress installations, themes, PHP versions, and plugins are up-to-date and secure.
  • Plugin/API Security Reviews: Monitor security risk alerts on plugins and scripts, and alert web development team for any critical issues from vulnerability scans.
  • API Integration: Verify that REST APIs are properly connected to our proprietary software (training provided).
  • Analytics Tool Verification: Ensure Google Tag Manager (GTM) and/or Google Analytics setups are correctly implemented.

Digital Marketing Campaign Quality Assurance

  • Campaign Performance Audit: Monitor key metrics for SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads to ensure all digital marketing campaigns meet our target. Training will be provided.
  • Reporting & Automation: Maintain, update, and refine campaign reports. You will assist with report automation projects in collaboration with the team (support provided).
  • Data Management: Consolidate KPIs / key metrics for management reporting and perform database updates.

Collaboration & Adaptability

  • Communication Skills: Possess good English language proficiency—both written and verbal—to effectively convey ideas and facilitate smooth communication with a diverse, international team.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with web developers, SEO/PPC specialists, account managers, project manager, and other stakeholders based in Canada/US/Romania/Philippines.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established processes with consistency and accuracy.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that demands flexibility and rapid adaptation to change.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant to an Executive
  • At least 1 year of WordPress website development QA experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proficient in CRM tools ex. Zoho, Salesforce
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of website content management systems is a plus.

Work Schedule:

9:00 PM to 6:00 AM


Salary Range:

₱20,000.00  ₱40,000.00
