Job Overview:
Job Overview The SEO Specialist will be responsible for managing all SEO activities, including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy, to enhance rankings on major search engines. This role involves analyzing, reviewing, and implementing website optimizations to improve search engine visibility. Additionally, the SEO Specialist will oversee all SEM campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing to maximize site traffic, improve page rankings, and increase ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and search copy to improve rankings and traffic.
- Identify, recommend, and support fixes for technical SEO issues, and manage onsite and offsite optimization initiatives, including link-building.
- Optimize and maintain Google Business Profile (GBP) listings, ensure NAP consistency, and execute local SEO and geo-targeted strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance(traffic, rankings, and key metrics) to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with content, design, social media, and PPC teams to align SEO with broader marketing efforts.
- Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and assist with other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning and executing successful SEO strategies.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in On-page, Off-page, Technical, and Local SEO
- Expertise in A/B testing and other SEO testing methods.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- In-depth knowledge of research methodologies and experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in standard and current SEO practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO reporting and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective time-management skills.
Work Schedule:
5:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Salary Range:
₱30,000.00
- ₱35,000.00
