Job Overview:

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for managing all SEO activities, including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy, to enhance rankings on major search engines. This role involves analyzing, reviewing, and implementing website optimizations to improve search engine visibility. Additionally, the SEO Specialist will oversee all SEM campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing to maximize site traffic, improve page rankings, and increase ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
  • Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
  • Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building).
  • Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
  • Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends.
  • Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, and other activities.
  • Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance.
  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profile (GBP) listings.
  • Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across directories and local citations.
  • Develop local link-building strategies and optimize for geo-specific search queries.
  • Does other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and executing successful SEO strategies.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and other SEO testing methods.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • In-depth knowledge of research methodologies and experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in standard and current SEO practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO reporting and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night Shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mandaue, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • SEO: 3 years (Required)

Work Schedule:

M-F 10 PM - 7 AM Philippine Time


Salary Range:

₱25,000.00  ₱50,000.00
