Job Overview:

As a Paid Ads Specialist for our client's digital marketing agency, you’ll be responsible for crafting, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms to drive targeted traffic, boost conversions, and maximize ROI for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee paid ad campaigns on multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to meet client goals.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to ensure precise, impactful outreach.
  • Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to boost ROI, reduce acquisition costs, and improve performance metrics.
  • Use data analysis to refine campaign elements, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting strategies as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, analytics) to produce cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing paid ad campaigns across various platforms, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Skilled in keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creation with a track record of achieving successful campaign outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to make informed decisions that enhance campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in key advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and ad management tools.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple client campaigns.
  • Experienced in A/B testing and optimization techniques to continually improve ad effectiveness.
  • Knowledgeable in landing page optimization best practices to complement campaign performance.

Work Schedule:

10:00 PM to 7:00 AM


Salary Range:

₱40,000.00  ₱60,000.00
