Job Overview:
Paid Media Specialist / Campaign Coordinator will create, oversee, and manage the planning, development, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, with the ultimate goal of achieving the organization's marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that meet client objectives, reach the target audience, and drive engagement and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, set expectations, provide regular updates on campaign progress, and ensure that clients are satisfied with the agency's services.
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor spending, identify areas for optimization, and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns.
- Work closely with other teams within the agency, such as creative, web development, and SEO, to ensure that campaigns are integrated and cohesive.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. This includes attending industry events, participating in training programs, and researching emerging technologies.
- Work within tight deadlines, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Does other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in paid media, managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of graphic design principles and ability to create visually appealing ad creatives.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, effectively managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable with experimentation and testing, with a proactive approach to campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with content marketing best practices, including content creation, distribution, and measurement.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and web development processes to support the creation of effective landing pages and digital experiences.
- Ability to identify and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and improve client outcomes.
Work Schedule:
M-F 5 AM - 2 PM Philippine Time
Salary Range:
₱30,000.00
- ₱60,000.00
