Job Overview:

As a Meta Ads/ Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing ad campaigns for our clients on multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels. You will work closely with the Campaign Director to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and are meeting client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ad campaigns on multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels
  • Work closely with the Campaign Director to develop campaign strategies that align with the overall marketing strategy
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve performance
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to the Campaign Director on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform campaign strategy
  • Does other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media ad management, specifically on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mandaue, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Schedule:

M-F 5 AM - 2 PM Philippine Time


Salary Range:

₱30,000.00  ₱60,000.00
