Job Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen and protect brand reputation. This role requires a proactive approach to brand messaging, public relations, and crisis management, ensuring consistency across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will monitor online sentiment, respond to customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain a strong and positive brand presence. Responsibilities also include media relations, social listening, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance brand credibility and public perception.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive reputation management strategies to enhance brand identity and credibility.
  2. Monitor online presence, customer feedback, and brand mentions to identify trends and potential risks.
  3. Execute proactive communication strategies.
  4. Respond to public inquiries, reviews, and comments professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms (Google Business Profile, social media accounts, Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, etc.).
  6. Develop crisis communication plans and provide strategic responses to potential brand threats.
  7. Manage brand advocacy programs leveraging customer testimonials, case studies, and employee engagement initiatives.
  8. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine brand positioning and identify differentiation opportunities.
  9. Implement social listening strategies to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand perception and sentiment analysis.
  10. Provide regular reports on reputation trends, public sentiment, and risk mitigation strategies, offering data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  11. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all brand communications and reputation management efforts .

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, public relations, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of crisis management and reputation risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency in social media monitoring tools, SEO, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Work Schedule:

10:00 PM - 7:00 AM


Salary Range:

₱30,000.00  ₱NaN
