Job Overview:

The Ads Specialist is responsible for crafting, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive targeted traffic, boost conversions, and maximize ROI for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in paid advertising and a passion for data-driven strategies to help scale campaigns successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end paid advertising strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting.
  • Write and test compelling ad copy to increase conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lower cost-per-acquisition.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure messaging is cohesive.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • A solid understanding of A/B testing, optimization strategies, and landing page best practices.

Work Schedule:

4:00 AM to 3:00 PM


Salary Range:

₱30,000.00  ₱45,000.00
